Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESS

We normally ship out orders within 24 hours, except for where they need to be custom made.

We could deliver your order using Royal mail or any other carrier through 2nd class delivery, which may take between 3-5 working days, this excluding weekends. Orders are sent so they can be signed for.

If you would like your orders delivered using speedier method, please contact us and note that this will attract extra cost payable by you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently do not ship out products to addresses outside of UK but where you like us to do this, please contact us before placing your order and we can discuss applicable delivery charges. Also note that you would be responsible for all customs and duty charges.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your Joomies purchase! However, if you need to return an item, please read the policy below:
✨ Online Orders (UK Customers)
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To request a return, please email us at joomiesbubblelove@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the return, and will include the original standard delivery cost (but not upgraded shipping like next-day delivery).
🚫 Items We Cannot Accept for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following unless faulty:
Bath & body products (if opened or used)
Earrings and pierced jewellery
✅ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
📦 Return Conditions
Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
🕒 In-Store Purchases (if applicable)
If you buy directly from us at a market or pop-up, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us at joomiesbubblelove@gmail.com/07427424001.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your order (following the Returns Policy above) and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

If you buy directly from us at a market or pop-up, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
